Lube-W Product Features
Lube-W is a professional lubricant for powder metallurgy, using high purity polyacrylamide-based as raw materials, through the delicate manufacturing process and tailored particle shape and particle size distribution, especially suitable for iron-based powder metallurgy applications. This product has the following advantages.
High Apparent Density
AD of powder mix is 0.1~0.15g/cm³ higher than that of traditional paraffin wax, which helps to reduce the filling height of the powder and decrease the density difference of the billets.
Excellent Lubrication Performance
Due to the very low break-partical shearing force of raw materials, combined with round particle shape narrow PSD, the lubrication performance is significantly improved, thus reducing the forming pressure and improving the surface quality of the green.
Due to the surface polarity treatment of the particles, the lubricant has excellent anti-agglomeration property, which can be quickly dispersed into the powder mix and effectively avoid the holes in the sintered products caused by the lubricant agglomeration.
Clean and Environmental Protection
The lubricant does not contain stearate, and the dewaxing is complete and the appearance of the sintered parts is clean. At the same time, it can be completely decomposed into environmentally friendly gas discharge in the dewaxing section, no dewaxing waste deposition, which indirectly reduces the maintenance and cleaning costs of the sintering furnace.
The lubricant can withstand a temperature of 100℃ without chemical modification, which is suitable for mixing operations in high summer weather.
Suitable for Warm Die Pressing
At constant pressing temperature of 60～80℃, the lubrication effect is greatly improved, which helps to improve the density and appearance of the green part.

Controlled humidity and temperature control (humidity below 50%, the temperature below 35°C), sealed after use, storage time no longer than six months.
Recommended for mixing
1. The weight percentage is between 0.6～0.8.
2. Weighing in a closed environment, suitable for double cone and V type mixer.
