Titanium Alloy Ti-6242 (Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo) Powder
Ti-6242 (Ti-6Al-2Sn-4Zr-2Mo) (TA19)is a α+β phase titanium alloy which has higher strength up to 565 °C comparable to the Ti-6Al-4V alloy. It is ideal material for blades of compressors in the aerospace sector and medical implant implanted in the human body.
Ourspherical Ti6242 powders can be obtained from EIGA or PREP processes havingcommon particle size range of 15-45um, 15-53um, 20-63um, 15-106um, 53-150um with high sphericity and very low satellites. The powders also can be sieved according customer specifications.
The Ti6242powder can be used in a variety of metal 3D printer, including Renishow, EOS, ConceptLaser, SLM, 3Dsystems, Arcam and more.
