MCrAlY Alloy Powder
NiCrAlY and NiCoCrAlY alloys are thermal spray coating materials that are known for their excellent resistance to oxidation and hot corrosion. Coatings of these materials are used as bond coats for ceramic top coats. The addition of yttrium acts to improve the adhesion of this oxide layer. The presence of cobalt in NiCoCrAlY alloys improves coating ductility and hot corrosion resistance.
