Nickel based powders

Truer provides a broad range of nickel powders and nickel alloy powders of different particle sizes, including Inconel 718, 625, 738, 939, and Hasetlloy X, N, C, and Rene 77, Rene 124, Monel 400, Haynes 230, Nimonic 80A, NiCrBSi series (Ni25, Ni35, Ni55, Ni60 etc.), BNi-2 to BNi-7, NiCrAlY, NiCrPSi, NiAl, NiTiCu, CMSX4, K447, K403, Nichromme NiCr50 and some customized powders.
Nickel alloys are heat-resistant and corrossion-resistant alloys, generally containing Cr and Fe, some types containing refractory elements for excellent high temperature properties.
Nickel alloys retain their strength over a wider range of temperatures compared with austenitic and F/M steels, which makes them particularly attractive for use in high temperature applications, such as for jet engines and gas turbine blades.
Nickel alloys are employable under extremely corrosive environments in powder, chemical, and petrochemical industries benifit from its well-known highly susceptible to pitting corrosion in chloride irons.
