FlatBase30+FlatHead-10 (“F30+F10” for short) is a manual single-disc, single-control stepless speed-regulated grinding and polishing machine in the FlatSystem combined grinding and polishing machine. That is, grinding and polishing can be done in the same machine. The machine is equipped with a water cooling device, which can perform multiple sample preparation steps from rough grinding to fine polishing of the sample.

The all-aluminum lower turntable with thick design is thick and stable. The support and rotation are more stable, and the large-mass chassis has enough heat capacity to hedge the temperature rise, which can prevent the sample from overheating during rough grinding.
Cone-disk system, which can quickly remove the grinding disk for easy cleaning and save time.
To meet changing needs, equipment can be upgraded in the future with semi-automatic or automatic retrofits
The speed varies with the adjustment
Single disc and single control, the speed can be adjusted between 100~500 r/min, and it can change with the adjustment. (No need to stop the machine to adjust the speed)
Water bowl design
It can prevent the abrasive grains from flowing into the sewer and causing dug. And can easily complete the cleaning, always keep the sink clean and clean.
Universal faucet
It can be bent freely, the cleaning range is not restricted, and the height can be adjusted freely.
