Powder Metallurgy Iron powder for pressing & sintering

Our pure iron powder grades include water atomization iron powder and reduced iron powder (sponge iron powder). These iron powders create the basis for most powder mixes for production of low alloyed sintered steels.

Powder metallurgy products are process technologies that use forming and sintering processes to make metal powder (or a mixture of metal powder and non-metal powder) into materials and products,60%-80% of iron powder is used in powder metallurgy industry.

Water atomized pure iron powder with high compressible and nice dimensional stabiligy widely used in clutches ,pulleys as well as could be used for demanding powder metallurgy , soft magnetic application…

Original sponge iron powder(reduced iron powder) combined high compressibility and high green strength with excellent dimensional stability,widely used in shock absorbers and other parts requested very high green strength (self-lubrication bearings) , also could be as additive to increase green strength.
