Titanium Ti-55511 Powder
The chemical composition of Ti 55511 titanium alloy is (Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-1Cr-1Fe), which is a new type of near-beta ultra-high strength titanium alloy.It can be used in aviation, aerospace, petroleum, shipbuilding and other industrial fields.
Standard Ti-55511 titanium alloy Al, Mo, V, Cr, Fe element content of 5%, 5%, 5%, 1% and 1%, Ti element content of 83%; and the normal composition content and the standard content is not very different.
Our Ti-55511 spherical powder can be prepared by the plasma rotary electrode atomization process (PREP), Electrode induction gas atomization (EIGA). It features low oxygen content, a high sphere rate, and good fluidity. Our common particle size range includes 15-45um, 15-53um, 20-63um, 15-106um, 53-150um. In addition ourpowders also can be sieved according to customer specifications.
Ti-5Al-5Mo-5V-1Cr-1Fepowder can be applicable in laser/electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM), spraying and other processes.
