Titanium Ti 17 Powder
Titanium Ti-17 ( Ti-5Al-2Sn-2Zr-4Mo-4Cr) is Alpha-Beta titanium alloy. This alloy has high strength, good fracture toughness, high hardenability and good crack growth/fatigue resistance. Grade Ti 5AI 2Sn 2Zr 4Mo 4Cr alloy is typically used in theapplication of compressor discs and heavy section parts for gas turbine engine components.
Our Titanium Ti-17 (UNS R58650) spherical powder can be prepared by the plasma rotary electrode atomization process (PREP), Electrode induction gas atomization (EIGA). It features low oxygen content, a high sphere rate, and good fluidity. Our common particle size range includes 15-45um, 15-53um, 20-63um, 15-106um, 53-150um. In addition our powders also can be sieved according to customer specifications.
Ti 17 (TC17) powder can be applicable in laser/electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM), powder metallurgy (PM), spraying and other processes.
