After so many years depth research on organic materials and powder metallurgy processes, we have successfully developed a “pre-alloyed” powder lubricant, which combines the advantages of different componets.The metal powder lubricant is produced by gas atomization with high particle sphericity. Powder Metallurgical Lubricants SUW-5000B Series

SUW-5000B is a highly compressible, all-around performance product with the highest level of customer acceptance and the largest sales volume, which can be used in a wide range of applications, including stainless steel powder.

High Compressibility

Compression density is 0.2g/cm³ higher than ordinary lubricant.

Good Flow Rate

Due to the regular shape of the lubricant particles, it can reduce the mutual friction during the flow of the powder, so as to improve the fluidity of the mixed powder,suitable for the warm die and warm compaction, especially for stainless steel.

Good Dispersion

SUW-5000B is a highly compressible, all-round lubricant with excellent performance, widely recognized by customers, high sales volume and a wide range of applications.

Clean and Environmental Friendly

This lubricant does not contain stearate, and the dewaxing is complete and the appearance of the sintered parts are clean. At the same time, it can be completely decomposed into environmentally friendly gas discharge in the dewaxing section, no dewaxing waste deposition, which indirectly reduces the maintenance and cleaning costs of the sintering furnace.

Powder Metallurgical Lubricants SUW-8000 Series

SUW-8000 is TRUER’s newly developed powder metallurgy full efficiency lubricant, which is processed through an advanced chemical synthesis and modification process, making it a superior lubricant. This product has the following advantages.

High and Low Temperature Fusion

A fusion of low and high temperature lubricant with excellent die wall lubrication.

Low Ejection Capability

The density of the products can be raised as possible based on the very low ejection capability of the lubricant. The low ejection capability of the lubricant can also achieve the effect of blank drilling under certain conditions.

Nonhygroscopic & Good Dispersion

Due to the surface polarity treatment of the particles, the lubricant has excellent anti-agglomeration, hydrophobic and non-hygroscopic property, which can be quickly dispersed into the powder mix and effectively avoid the holes in the sintered products caused by the lubricant agglomeration.

Low Addition Amount

Based on the excellent lubricating effect, the adding amount can be reduced to 0.4~0.6%, under the molding pressure of 600MPa, the pressing density can be increased by 0.1~0.15g/cm³ compared to ordinary lubricant.

Powder Metallurgical Lubricants LUBE-W Series

Lube-W is a professional lubricant for powder metallurgy, using high purity polyacrylamide-based as raw materials, through the delicate manufacturing process and tailored particle shape and particle size distribution, especially suitable for iron-based powder metallurgy applications. This product has the following advantages.

High Apparent Density

AD of powder mix is 0.1~0.15g/cm³ higher than that of traditional paraffin wax, which helps to reduce the filling height of the powder and decrease the density difference of the billets.

Excellent Lubrication Performance

Due to the very low break-partical shearing force of raw materials, combined with round particle shape narrow PSD, the lubrication performance is significantly improved, thus reducing the forming pressure and improving the surface quality of the green. 

Good Dispersion

Due to the surface polarity treatment of the particles, the lubricant has excellent anti-agglomeration property, which can be quickly dispersed into the powder mix and effectively avoid the holes in the sintered products caused by the lubricant agglomeration.

High-Temperature Resistance

The lubricant can withstand a temperature of 100℃ without chemical modification, which is suitable for mixing operations in high summer weather.

Suitable for Warm Die Pressing

At constant pressing temperature of 60~80℃, the lubrication effect is greatly improved, which helps to improve the density and appearance of the green part.

Powder Metallurgical Lubricants SUL-1000 Series

SUL-1000 is a powder metallurgy high-temperature lubricant with a heat resistance of up to 200°C and good internal and external lubrication, especially suitable for powder metallurgy parts with large release areas. At the same time, the advanced melt spray technology is adopted in the production process, which can effectively avoid the agglomeration caused by moisture absorption and reduce the sintering holes of the parts

High Temperature Resistance

The lubricant can withstand a temperature of 200°C without chemical modification and is suitable for mixing operations in high summer weather.

High Apparent Density

SUL-1000 lubricant can reach to 3.5 apparent density, and the apparent density of the powder is 0.3~0.35g/cm³ higher than that of traditional paraffin wax, which helps to reduce the filling height of the powder and decrease the density difference of the billets. 

Very High Flow Rate

The SUL-1000 has an extremely high flow rate reach 25 seconds. It is suitable for warm die and warm compaction, especially for stainless steel powders.

Suitable for Warm Die And Warm Compaction

At the constant pressing temperature of 80-100℃, the lubricating effect is greatly improved, which helps to increase the green density and improve the appearance of the green part.

Excellent Lubrication Performance
