Excellent Performance
1. Good liquidity
The resin has low viscosity and good penetration and wetting. When pouring, it can quickly penetrate into the pores, cracks or depressions of the sample, reduce “air pockets”, hold the sample firmly, and combine the coating material with the sample interface well.
2. Low shrinkage rate The resin system has mild curing and controllable shrinkage rate, which can effectively reduce the gap between the sample and the resin caused by curing shrinkage, and improve the success rate of sample preparation. Because the shrinkage gap can store abrasive grains and debris in different grinding and polishing stages, it will cause polishing cloth pollution and sample scratches after the secondary release.
