FlatBase30/60+FlatHead-100 is a mechanical single point loading automatic grinding and polishing machine in the FlatSystem combined grinding and polishing machine. FlatBase30+FlatHead-100 is a single-disc mechanical single-point loading grinding and polishing machine, and FlatBase60+FlatHead-100 is a double-disc mechanical single-point loading grinding and polishing machine. Grinding and polishing can be done in the same machine. The machine is equipped with a water cooling device, which can perform multiple sample preparation steps from rough grinding to fine polishing of the sample.

FlatBase30+FlatHead-100 is a single-disc mechanical single-point loading grinding and polishing machine, and FlatBase60+FlatHead-100 is a double-disc mechanical single-point loading grinding and polishing machine. The speed can be adjusted between 100~500 r/min, and it will change with the adjustment. (No need to stop the machine to adjust the speed)
