Adhesive Polishing Cloth
Metallography Grinding Consumables Series
The unique fabric surface structure enables the TRUER polishing cloth to retain SiC, diamond, oxide and other abrasive particles to the greatest extent, and the grooves on the fabric surface are evenly distributed and have a consistent depth, ensuring the flatness of the polishing contact surface. Chuanhe polishing cloth has high flatness, and the sample and polishing cloth can form a strong contact, so that the polishing cloth has better grinding force

A complete range of polishing cloths, including various woven and non-woven fabrics, as well as fleece and chemical fiber fabrics, are suitable for fine grinding, pre-polishing, diamond polishing and oxide polishing of any material.
According to the state of the back of the polishing cloth, it is divided into three categories:
1-Self-adhesive backing polishing cloth (with adhesive):
with adhesive back, it can be pasted on the grinding disc, conversion disc or magnetic disc for easy replacement.
2-Non-adhesive polishing cloth (without adhesive):
Non-adhesive back, fixed with a pressure ring.
3-Magnetic backing polishing cloth:
Also known as magnetic polishing disc, the metal back is directly and firmly magnetically attracted to the workbench, which greatly facilitates the positioning, removal and storage of the polishing cloth.
Featured polished fabrics for long-lasting durability
The polishing fabric layer is the core layer of the polishing cloth, which is directly related to the performance and durability of the polishing cloth.
TRUER polishing cloth combines different polishing processes to develop matching polishing fabrics. In selecting fabrics, TRUER focuses on the stability and durability of the fabric layer. Numerous tests and tests have shown that the polishing cloths selected by TRUER are high-quality polishing cloths with leading polishing quality and durability in the market.
TRUER’s polishing cloth uses fabrics of different materials as the polishing surface, which requires the fabric structure to have the most effective retention of abrasive particles, so as to have the most durable performance.
The abrasive grains are evenly bonded and the polishing quality is high
The unique fabric surface structure enables the TRUER polishing cloth to retain the abrasive grains such as SiC, diamond and oxide to the greatest extent, and the grooves on the fabric surface are evenly distributed and the depth is consistent, ensuring the flatness of the polishing contact surface.
The TRUER polishing cloth has high flatness, and the sample and the polishing cloth can form a strong contact, so that the polishing cloth has better grinding force.
